1. Service Description

Tecniq Services Ltd provides website maintenance and monitoring services (the "Service"). The Service includes 24/7 uptime monitoring, error log analysis, security scanning, and integration with third-party services including Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

2. Subscription and Billing

By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the subscription fee for your chosen plan. Billing occurs monthly on the anniversary of your subscription start date. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months except where refund policy applies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
  • Interfere with the Service or other users
  • Monitor sites without legitimate ownership or authorisation

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and 20i hosting. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or operation of these services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecniq Services Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

7. Service Level Agreement

We aim to maintain 99.5% uptime for our monitoring infrastructure. While we monitor your websites continuously, we cannot guarantee your websites will never experience downtime. Uptime is measured monthly and reported in your dashboard.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect website data, server logs, and analytics to provide the Service. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and handling.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after notice. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms or engage in unauthorised use. Termination due to violation is effective immediately without refund.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
